Making all-beef hot dogs from scratch for the July Charcutepalooza Challenge using Michael Ruhlman's recipe from Charcuterie using beef short ribs. The dogs bring back memories of summers in Chicago with my grandparents.


Serves: 1

  • 1 all-beef hot dog
  • 1 poppy seed bun
  • freshly diced tomatoes
  • pickle relish
  • sport peppers
  • mustard
  • dash of celery salt
  • 1 dill pickle spear
  1. Put dog in poppy seed bun and pile on all the toppings!
