Ingredients
  • 6 ears of corn, roasted or grilled
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 18 cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup grilled tomates, diced
  • scallions, chopped
Directions
  1. Cook the corn, onion, heavy cream, salt and pepper together for 20 minutes on low heat.
  2. When ready to serve add the remaining ingredients. Thin with milk if too thick.
