A good friend intoduced raw cranberry relish to me years ago and I've been making my version of it at Thanksgiving ever since. It has a fresh, bright flavor that balances out the richness of the rest of the meal. —sweet enough
Ingredients

16 oz bag of fresh cranberries

orange

3/4 cup
sugar (more if desired)
Directions

rinse the cranberries and remove any stems. peel the orange and place the cranberries, the whole orange and half of the orange peel in the bowl of a food processor. blend until the mixture looks like a relish. refrigerate for at least 24 hours. taste for desired level of sweetness, add more sugar if necessary.
