large eggs, separated. set egg yolks aside and beat egg whites until stiff, chill

12 oz log goat cheese, cubed
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. In a bowl, cream butter, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup sugar until fluffy. Add half of flour, mix well. Add remaining flour, baking powder and 1 vanilla bean. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into a greased spring form pan.
In a separate bowl, cream 3 egg yolks, cream cheese, 1 vanilla bean, lemon juice, lemon zest, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla sauce mix and goat cheese. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in 3 chilled egg whites. Pour on top of base and bake 50 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, cut into bite size pieces.
So there seems to be a computer glitch. In the cheesecake ingredient drop down, the ingredients end after goat cheese. The system has seemed to repeat a few ingredients. :(
