I thought this up as a healthier alternative to using yoghurt in smoothies. It came up after speaking with a personal trainer at my gym who suggested that even though smoothies are healthy it might not always be healthy to have yoghurt in it all the times. So I thought of a way to make a smoothie without using water or adding juices (which he suggested). —ChefSteadfastMT
