South Philly Scorpion Bowl

Author Notes: A twist on the traditional scorpion bowl with south Philly additions, lemoncello, gin and pickled cherry peppers. Patterson Watkins


Serves 4

  • 3 cups Crushed Ice
  • 3 ounces Gin
  • 6 ounces Lemoncello
  • 2 ounces Dark Rum
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 2 ounces Grenadine
  • 8 ounces Orange Juice
  • 10 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 4 dashes Bitters
  • 2 Pickled Cherry Peppers, sliced
  1. In a large bowl stir together ice, gin, lemoncello, rum, vodka, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice and bitters.
  2. Pour mixture into a large decorative bowl and garnish with pickled cherry pepper slices.
