Salmon Roe

Ponzu sauce

cucumber slices
- Cream Cheese

1/4 cup
Cream cheese, softened
Directions

Slice cucumber into even slices. Top each with a dollop of cream cheese, 1/2 tea spoon of Salmon Roe, and a splash of Ponzu sauce. If you like things spicy, squeeze a drop or two of a hot sauce, like Sriracha on top. Serve cold!
