White Fish Salad

This is a perfect salad to start a weekend brunch also a good starter for any lunch or dinner. I made this salad for a men Vodka dinner party last Saturday —pauljoseph

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound White Fish
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Red onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Vodka
  • freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
  • Parsley to garnish
Directions
  1. Poach the fish till just tender. With a fork, break the fish into large meaty chunks, arrange the pieces on a serving plate. Mix the sour cream, pepper, salt, onion and parsley tougher in the serving plate. Garnish the dressing with little more parsley and pour the vodka over the dressing
