  • Serves 4
  • 8 cups cubed, seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup basil, torn into bite size pieces
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
In This Recipe
  1. In a large bowl, toss the watermelon gently with the basil, lime juice and zest. Divide among 4 bowls and top with the crumbled feta. Serve immediately.
