cups cubed, seedless watermelon
cup basil, torn into bite size pieces
Juice from 2 limes
teaspoons lime zest
cup crumbled feta cheese
- In a large bowl, toss the watermelon gently with the basil, lime juice and zest. Divide among 4 bowls and top with the crumbled feta. Serve immediately.
