Sometimes I crave the "lime-y-ness" of a margarita. This is a healthier way to indulge the craving —Oops! Were you gonna eat that?

What You'll Need
  • 2 apples (I like Fuji and Pink Lady)
  • 4 medium stalks of celery
  • 3 stalks of Tuscan (Lacinato) kale
  • 1 lime, peeled
  1. Juice all ingredients. Stir to combine. Divide between two ice-filled glasses. Drink immediately.
