Stick of butter softened
Apple (your preference)

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. With hand mixer beat eggs then add in butter, extract , sugar and butter milk and slowly add in flour and set aside.
In a large bowl combine apple, sweet tea, cranberries , ground ginger and brown sugar. Add to bottom of pan and pour batter over the top covering all of your fruit mix. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 mins. Remove from oven place flat plate over the top of your pan and flip. Serve and enjoy!
