One of my favorite Middle-eastern/Indian drinks. —Chefalzaid
Ingredients

2 cups
Plain Yogurt

1 liter
Water

1 teaspoon
Fresh Ginger (grated)

2 teaspoons
Fresh Mint

1 pinch
Red Pepper
-
1 pinch
Ground Cardomom
Directions

Blend the water into yogurt gradually until the consistency of milk is achieved.
(I use a whisk to give it a lighter froth) Adjust water amount if need be.

Toss in remaning ingredients and stir well.

Serve chilled over ice, and garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
