Author Notes: One of my favorite Middle-eastern/Indian drinks. —Chefalzaid
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt
- 1 liter Water
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (grated)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Mint
- 1 pinch Red Pepper
- 1 pinch Ground Cardomom
- Blend the water into yogurt gradually until the consistency of milk is achieved. (I use a whisk to give it a lighter froth) Adjust water amount if need be.
- Toss in remaning ingredients and stir well.
- Serve chilled over ice, and garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
