Spicy Laban ("Yogurt Smoothie") with Dry Mint

One of my favorite Middle-eastern/Indian drinks. —Chefalzaid

What You'll Need
  • 2 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Mint
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper
  • 1 pinch Ground Cardomom
  1. Blend the water into yogurt gradually until the consistency of milk is achieved. (I use a whisk to give it a lighter froth) Adjust water amount if need be.
  2. Toss in remaning ingredients and stir well.
  3. Serve chilled over ice, and garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
