Oatmel Raisin Cookies

Author Notes: My mom gave me this recipe. Made these cookies for over 30 years. You can take the raisins out and put in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or anything else you can think of. They still come out really good.ladair

Makes: 6 dozens

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Oil (I use canola oil but you can use vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Raisins in water
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients in a different bowl (except the raisins). Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix them really good Rinse the raisins and add into the mixture.
