i eat this for breakfast a lot and often make a double batch so i can have it for dessert or a snack at night-try this it is so easy and guilt free. —msgruvn
Ingredients

1 cup
greek yogurt

1/3 cup
berries

1 tablespoon
chia seeds

honey to taste (optional)
Directions

mix together, cover and put in fridge til ready to eat. actually, you can eat it right away, but the chia is a little crunchy at 1st and softens as it sits-give it at least 5 minutes. fresh or frozen berries and i prefer fage brand yogurt-but i'm sure any would be ok. i don't use any honey and find it sweet enough, but it'll depend on the fruit and your taste.
