The simplest recipe I've ever added. Inspired by my Filipino friends.I was introduced to this as a child and still think this is the best way to eat fresh mango.

The sea salt brings out the mango's delightful flavour. Try it, trust me. —DUZE @BakingBackwards

  • Serves you
  • 1 large perfectly ripe chilled or room temperature mango (I like Tommy Atkins)
  • 2 pinches coarse sea salt, fleur de sel, or other delicate flaked salt
In This Recipe
  1. Peel and slice mango. Sprinkle salt over slices. Enjoy.
