The simplest recipe I've ever added. Inspired by my Filipino friends.I was introduced to this as a child and still think this is the best way to eat fresh mango.

large perfectly ripe chilled or room temperature mango (I like Tommy Atkins)

pinches coarse sea salt, fleur de sel, or other delicate flaked salt
Directions

Peel and slice mango. Sprinkle salt over slices. Enjoy.
