Jicama

Avacado

Lime

1 bunch
Cilantro

Jalapeno

1/2 teaspoon
Cumin
Directions

Thinly slice on a mandolin, brush with lime and set aside. This will be your tacos shell.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or more. Fill each jicama slice wiht filling ans serve.
