Serves: 4

  • 100gr digestive biscuits
  • 50gr amalgamate butter
  • canella
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 300gr philadelphia cheese
  • 150ml whipped cream
  • 150gr sugar
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 20 mint foils
  • 300gr melon
  • 100gr sugar
  • 6gr isinglass
  1. Biscuits: Triturate biscuits. Add brown sugar, butter and canella. Put the pudding in 4 glasses and put its in the fridge for 10 min.
  2. Cheese: Mix cheese with 150gr of sugar, lemon juice and minced mint. Add whipped cream. Put the puddig in the glasses. Put in the fridge for 1h.
  3. Melon: Beat melon with 100gr of sugar. Put the isinglass in cold water for 10 min. Filter melon juice in a kettle. Warm up it and add drain isinglass. Let cool it and add it on the glasses. Serv cheesecake very cold with mint foils and melon. Keen appetite!!!! :-)
