Add brown sugar, butter and canella.
Put the pudding in 4 glasses and put its in the fridge for 10 min.
Mix cheese with 150gr of sugar, lemon juice and minced mint.
Add whipped cream.
Put the puddig in the glasses.
Put in the fridge for 1h.
Beat melon with 100gr of sugar.
Put the isinglass in cold water for 10 min.
Filter melon juice in a kettle.
Warm up it and add drain isinglass.
Let cool it and add it on the glasses.
Serv cheesecake very cold with mint foils and melon.
