This is the most fantastically refreshing drink you'll every try. Alternately termed "limon w nana" (lemon and mint) or, inexplicably, Bolo/Polo (the Arabic alphabet doesn't contain the letter 'p') in Damascene cafes, the drink comes out slightly different at each venue, in varying shades of brilliant green. Fiddle with the proportions a bit if you like - I like mine especially minty - and add more sugar if you like a sweeter drink. —lazychef
