A family favorite! These pancakes are wonderful served with wild Swedish lingonberries, such as those sold jarred by Roland. —JanetFL
Ingredients

eggs, separated

3 tablespoons
sugar

1/2 cup
flour

2 tablespoons
cornstarch

2 teaspoons
baking powder

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1/2 cup
milk

1/2 cup
plain yogurt
Directions

Cream egg yolks and sugar.

Sift dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture, milk, and yogurt. Mix well. Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

Cook pancakes over medium or medium-high heat on a pre-heated griddle, making them as small or as large as you'd like.
