Here is an almost-instant frozen sweet treat, for those dog days of summer. It is simple, vegan & gluten-free...win, win & win. —we eat. happy.
Ingredients

banana

1 cup
frozen mixed berries

1 tablespoon
agave syrup

1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
Directions

Put ingredients into a blender or food processor & pulse until smooth (there can still be a few chunks of berries if you want).

Scoop into a little glasses (I used jam jars that I had in the freezer chilling). You can pop them in to freezer for up to a half hour before serving.
