This recipe is neither sweet nor sticky. The hoisin and soy sauce just make it salty, and the tofu came out dry. I'd reccomend adding some form of sweetness (sugar, agave syrup, palm sugar, etc.) to better make it actually sweet and sticky tofu.

I'm a little skittish about the word "Pressed". The Ingredients list calls for "tofu, pressed" and I'd like a few suggestions about how to go about doing that. Thank you.

Hi! You put tofu in between a few layers of paper towels on a cutting board and the put something heavy on top to "press" out the extra liquid. This should take about 30 minutes. Hope this helps.
