Author Notes

This dressing is surprisingly deep, rich and flavorful. It is great on anything from asparagus, green beans and roasted brussels sprouts to fried cheese or grilled chicken. It takes minutes to prepare and the ingredients are often on hand. When I don't have oranges for zest, I will use lemon or lime which add such great brightness to this sauce. —savorthis

Thank you for this wonderful recipe! I was one of the testers for the contest and my husband and I absolutely love it. We've had it on both meats and vegetables and I'm planning to use it with grilled pineapple once we return to Colorado. Really, I can eat this with a spoon! This is a must try recipe.
