Author Notes: I heard about this recipe years ago from a friend, I do not know if it an original, but I added the any flavored mustard ingredient to the mix. Personally I love using Peppered mayonaise or olive oil mayonaise. In any case what ever variation you use, it will be good. —bdallen99
Any flavored Mayonaise
- Dip chicken breast Strips in your mayonaise Mixture. Dip your chicken strips in the panko.
- Turn Broiler on Place your Strips on baking Sheet, put Baking Sheet on very bottom of oven. Broil 10 to 12 minutes, on each side, watch closely not to burn, but golden brown.
