Makes: 1 cup
cup Dill pickle juice (I like Mount Olive)
cup extra virgin olive oil
teaspoon mustard powder

- Add all four ingredients and combine in either a salad dressing shaker or a food processor. NOTE: The mustard powder will keep the dressing from separating quickly. It also adds body.
