Author Notes: Combining the familiar flavors of a piña colada with ground hemp seeds, this shake is full of protein and fiber without being processed or pricey and it's vegan too! Weird & Ravenous

Serves: 1

  • 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons ground hemp seeds
  • 2 ice cubes
  1. Blend everything together until smooth!
