This is a family recipe and I have never seen it elsewhere. Delicious and healthy desert.
Note: Fromage blanc is a rather thick type of yogurt but not as thick as greek-yogurt —MarieGlobetrotter

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 500 grams Fromage Blanc
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Break the egg and separate the egg yolk and the egg white. Whip up the egg whites
  2. Whisk together the fromage blanc, the egg yolk, the sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Delicately add the beaten egg whites. Mix slowly.
  4. Taste and add more sugar or vanilla if needed.
  5. Scoop this desert into small bowls and enjoy!

Oh yes, absolutely, I use fat-free fromage blanc very often.It seems to work just as well.

I love fromage blanc and use it all the time. This sounds perfect. Thank you! Can you use fat-free fomage blanc?
