Ingredients

diced pork belly

chopped onion

tin chopped tomatoes

bay leaves

1 cup
red lentils

1 cup
chicken stock
Directions

Place all the ingredients into a casserole dish,

season well with salt and black pepper

Bake at 300f for 1 1/2 hours, check that it is not drying out and add more stock if needed.
