What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
Directions
  1. combine sugar, butter, cream cheese, salt, almond & vanilla extracts and egg yolk beat well until smooth, stir in flour until well blended and chill for 8 hours
  2. pre heat oven 375 degrees coat cookies with colored sugar and slice, then place on cookie sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown then let cool and serve
