German CREPES

These are the thin pancakes my mom while growing up in Germany made with any soup. They are a lot like crepes but we called them pfankuchen. Enjoy. —Berniw

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
Directions
  1. mix all together until dough is still a little runny. cook in non-stick pan with some olive oil. Bon Appetite

I was born, and lived in Trier, On a cold winters evening?? I still say; There's nothing better than a dinner of Kartoffelsuppe und Pfannkuchen........... enjoy..

I would like a recipe for beef strudel. My husband and I enjoyed some wonderful beef strudel while in Milwaukee, WI, last summer!
