Polish pork with Italian sides.

Author Notes: The pork in sauce was from the cook book "From a polish country home kitchen" Then I decied to add the mushroom mixture and polenta.Matt Wheelock

Serves: 3

Ingredients

  • pieces salt
  • pinches pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

  1. rubbed the pork in salt and pepper and marnated over night in oil and vermouth.
  2. Put the pork in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. While it is in the oven add the 1/2 cup of milk, 1 1/2 cups of stock, and 1 tablspoons of butter and simmer. When simmering add polenta and keep adding milk butter and cheese untill it is no longer grainy and good to tast. Add some salt and pepper too.
