I was looking for something a bit different but a taste people would know and remember. This would be very similar to a balsamic reduction as well. Vino Cotto meaning cooked wine. Red Wine reduced down, with mulling spices.

What You'll Need
Red Wine " Sweet one"
Place all in a sauce pot, the reduce till 75% you are looking of a think syrup like texture. run threw a strainer and let cool.
*TIP* take a spoon of the vino cotto and a chilled plate, spread it. and see if its to your liking.
