This is a dish that I have been making since I was like 13 and it always gets good reviews. I do not add chili, onions, cilantro because my brother does not like them but you can add them. —Matt Wheelock
minced cloves of garlic
of hot sauce
Take the pit out of the avocado and cube up the avocado and throw them into a medium bowl and mush with a fork each time you add in an avocado.
Then add the tomatoes and mix, then the garlic, and mix, then the lime juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Mix and mush and taste for season ( be carful because when you are letting it sit the flavors meld).
