Author Notes: This is a dish that I have been making since I was like 13 and it always gets good reviews. I do not add chili, onions, cilantro because my brother does not like them but you can add them. —Matt Wheelock
minced cloves of garlic
dashes of hot sauce
- Take the pit out of the avocado and cube up the avocado and throw them into a medium bowl and mush with a fork each time you add in an avocado.
- Then add the tomatoes and mix, then the garlic, and mix, then the lime juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Mix and mush and taste for season ( be carful because when you are letting it sit the flavors meld).
