Serves: 6

  1. Ingredients (six servings) 2 cups strawberries hulled chopped 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 cup sugar sprinkle Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin powder 1-2 cups honey flavored Greek yogurt (depends on how many people you want to serve) you can add more as you go of each ingredient if needed. 1-2 cups lite cool whip Pomegranate seeds Wanton Wrappers
  2. Directions step 1. Using a pastry brush, brush each side of the wonton wrappers with canola or vegetable oil and coat/rub wanton wrapper with a small amount of brown sugar. Step 2.: Gently press the Wonton wrappers into the bottom and sides of the muffin pan. Bake until golden and crispy. about 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Gently lift the wonton wrappers out of the pan to completely cool for another 10 min. Step 3. Crush strawberries;drain and reserve juice. Mix strawberries with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Lite cool whip and strawberry jello powder. Leave in the fridge to set for up to 4 hrs. Step 4. Remove from the fridge and divide equally among your cups. Decorate with pomegranate seeds if desired.
