- 2 pack indian maggi masala noodles

1/4 teaspoon
cumin seeds

2 pieces
cloves garlic,finely chopped

inch ginger,finely chopped

1 piece
tomato (made into paste)

1 piece
onion, julienne

pinch
red chilli powder

2 tablespoons
oil
- pinch red chilli powder

inch carrot

1/2
green bell pepper

black pepper powder

2 tablespoons
oil

salt to taste
Directions
-
1) boil the noodles and drain it.
2)Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions,cumin seeds,finely chopped ginger and garlic. saute it.
3)Add the tomato,green bell pepper,carrot and green peas.
4) add the maggi masala.Chilli powder,salt.

5) add the boiled noddles. Saute.
6) Sprinkle a pinch of pepper powder.
7) Garnish with coriander leaves.
