My French friend is visiting this month and has introduced me to a wonderful French cocktail that is very holiday-like... It's two ingredients over ice, and as easy to make for 1 or 10. —eatboutique

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 ounce creme de cassis
  • 3 ounces dry red wine
Directions
  1. Pour both ingredients into a cocktail glass, over ice.
  2. If you'd like to do without the ice, chill the liquids in the fridge for a few hours before making the cocktail.
  3. Make over and over again!

I like the last step, especially. I'm a big kir fan -- I look forward to trying this out.
