Beef and Cabbage soup with Fennel

My recipe is awesome. It is great for winter time and even in the Spring and Summer.

What You'll Need
  • Beef Cubes, Cabbage, onion, garlic, water and lastly fennel and spinach
  • 2 lbs pounds beef
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 pound yellow onion
  • 1 pound garlic
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 pinch fennel
  • Spinache
  • 2 cups spinache
  • 2 cups spinache
  1. Take the beef in a large pot with water and add the onion, garlic and cabbage and cook covered for about 30 minutes.
  2. add fennel and spinach
