What You'll Need
  • fennel
  • 2 heads fennel
  • capers
  • 3 tablespoons drained capers
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 ounces italin ham shredded
  1. cut and clean bulbs and remore stems cut in quaarters place bulbs in oil in frying pan and saute for 20 minutes. add capers, ham and cracked pepper. cook another 5 minutes. serve warm
