drained capers

extra virgin olive oil

italin ham shredded
Directions

cut and clean bulbs and remore stems cut in quaarters
place bulbs in oil in frying pan and saute for 20 minutes. add capers, ham and cracked pepper. cook another 5 minutes. serve warm
