- Crumble the almond paste and combine with egg, ground almond, icing sugar, Baileyâ€™s and flour to obtain a smooth dough. Kneading by hand is sometimes to best way to do this because the dough can be quite sticky sometimes.
- Preheat oven on 350F.
- Form small balls of dough and spread out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lightly flatten the dough with the back of a spoon
- Whisk the egg yolk and brush each cookie. Sprinkle some sugar on each cookie.
- Bake for ca. 15 minutes
