Heat the milk with the vanilla sugar. Bring almost to a boil, then remove from heat and add chocolate and sugar. Stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Let cool for a few minutes then the ricotta, flour, yeast and egg. Combine well
Add dried strawberries, pistochios and walnuts
Pour into a cake pan and bake for about an hour. Cover with aluminum sheet if the top of the cake starts to brown too quickly.
