Ingredients
  • 170 grams almond butter
  • 90 grams butter
  • 160 grams 70% chocolate
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 splash almond essence
  • 1 splash amaretto or brandy
  • 1 dash salt
Directions
  1. turn oven on to 160c. Oil a 22 cent. cake dish
  2. beat the egg whites until soft peaks form and add a pinch of salt
  3. melt the chocolate over hot water. take care so that the chocolate does not get too hot
  4. in a blender mix the almond butter, softened butter, sugar and the egg yolks for 3-4 minutes. Pour everything in a large bowl and fold in the egg whites.
  5. Pour in the tin, and bake for 30-35 minutes
