Ingredients

2 tablespoons
dijon mustard

1 cup
gold balsamic

2 tablespoons
mayonnaise

1 cup
canola oil

1 teaspoon
paprika
-
1 teaspoon
onion powder
-
2 teaspoons
kosher salt

2 tablespoons
apple cider vinegar

1 ounce
egg yolk
Directions

In a large blender add the Dijon, mayonnaise, egg yolk, paprika, onion powder, salt and apple cider. Next pulse slightly until smooth now in another bowl add the balsamic and the canola oil and while the blender is on slowly pour in the mixture until a smooth dressing is formed.
