Chicken Liver

Serves: 4

  • some flour
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some poultry seasoning
  • some garlic
  • some paprika
  • 4 pieces liver
  1. Mix above ingredients to make a mixture.
  2. Roll liver in flour mixture and fry in oil or bacon drippings. Make sure the oil is hot prior to rolling the liver.
