Chicken and Rice Casserole

Serves: 4

  • 1 packet chicken breasts
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • garlic
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • pinches spicy pepper, italian seasoning, salt
  1. Saute onion and garlic until soft. Add soup, 1 1/4 cup of water, rice and spices. Stir together.
  2. Pour into a large casserole dish. Add chicken.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes.
