teaspoon hot chili garlic sauce (optional)

- In a small bowl, mix together the plum sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
- Place meat in tin foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle tenderloin with salt and pepper. Coat with sauce.
- Roast uncovered @ 450 degrees F for 25 minutes, then @ 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
- Let sit before serving.
