Asian Pork Tenderloin

plum sauce
1

cup
hoision sauce
1
teaspoon
hot chili garlic sauce (optional)
to taste
salt and pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the plum sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
Place meat in tin foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle tenderloin with salt and pepper. Coat with sauce.
Roast uncovered @ 450 degrees F for 25 minutes, then @ 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Let sit before serving.

It doesn't say how big (or small) the pork tenderloin should be. Seems like that would be a big deal considering how long it cooks for. Would love to know- sounds yummy!
