Pot Roast

Serves: 4

  • Pot Roast
  • Dry mustard
  • Garlic Powder
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  1. Rub roast with dry mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Heat up a large frying pan and put some oil in it. When hot, pop the roast in to sear it on the outside. Turn until seared on all sides.
  2. Drain fat and add water.
  3. Pour some over the roast in the roast in the roaster for one hour or until time to add veggies. Add potatoes, carrots and onions 1 1/2 hours prior to the roast being finished. Season veggies with Mrs Dash.
