What You'll Need
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  1. Make into dough. Let rest for 10 minutes to half an hour.
  2. Roll out thin. Let dry until no longer sticky.
  3. Cut into noodles.
  4. Bring to a boil 3 times. Put a little salt into the water.

The editing on this one is incomplete. How many servings? "Bring to a boil 3 times"? When does the pasta go into the water? For about how long for fettuccini type noodles for example? I am going to hold off making this one until someone adds a little more detail.
