Home Made Noodles

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Directions
  1. Make into dough. Let rest for 10 minutes to half an hour.
  2. Roll out thin. Let dry until no longer sticky.
  3. Cut into noodles.
  4. Bring to a boil 3 times. Put a little salt into the water.
