Roasted Potatoes


Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Potatoes
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Directions

  1. Puree onion with a bit of water.
  2. Mix in with cut up potatoes. (keep skin on)
  3. Mix potatoes in oil, salt and pepper and oregano mix.
  4. Bake at 350 degree for 2 hours.
